Q. Where is my order?
A. Once your order is processed, you are emailed a delivery confirmation number. Please enter that number on the USPS website (for USPS delivered orders) and FedEx website (for FedEx delivered orders). If you have further questions, contact us. For estimated delivery times, please read the answer to the next question.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. It varies on your order amount, weight, promos, and delivery speed chosen. We charge a flat rate for domestic delivery Class is $4.35 (3-5 business days). FedEx Home Delivery is $8.68 (2-3 business days). If you want FREE SHIPPING , spend over $75 and it will be automatically added to your order.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International order make up 33% of our business. We currently ship to the following countries:
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
All international orders are shipped either by FedEx International Priority or USPS International Priority (5-14 business days, usually on the lower end). We charge a flat fee of $14.95. International customer are responsible for customs fees. Free shipping is not available on international orders. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
